Despite the claimed intended purpose of preventing prohibited individuals from acquiring firearms, the system exhibits a significant flaw—racial disparity in the denial rates of legal firearm purchases. His research indicates that an overwhelming majority of initial denials, approximately 99%, are errors, disproportionately affecting Hispanic and Black males due to phonetic similarities in names within racial groups.

I am posting this as said in the Wednigoon posting earlier.

I will be posting the Made for TV movie about this shoot out for monday evening.

As soon as you realize that this bill only required businesses with under a certain amount of revenue ($10 million I think) to report this information, you immediately realize that it’s got nothing to do with preventing money laundering.

I actually have an idea that if implemented could put a manned station in lunar orbit, and another in the L2 Lagrange point on the other side of the moon. LARGE stations. Possibly able to self support themselves, once they reach a particular size. Based on the old "Sea Dragon" SSTO rocket and the formerly known as Bigelow Aerospace Inflatable Habitats.

I also have a Mass Transit idea that would allow us to build a "Train" that doesn't use standard tracks, and can be driven on regular roads. I'll keep that one for myself, until I can show it to Elon Musk.

And what do you think of aerial roadways?

How about a system of self contained aerial "Cars" that can run on the ground, on special tracks, PLUS be carried aloft on cables to overcome congestion?

Australia has "Road Trains", why don't we have something similar here in the US? Again, using my idea I mentioned above, we could have "Road Trains" that could be separate from the main highways, and allow for goods to be transported faster and more economically from large regional distribution centers to mid-sized district or area distribution centers.

I could go on for multiple paragraphs/pages, but I'll stop here. Maybe SOME DAY, I'll be able to talk to Elon Musk about my ideas.
