Infringing a Right

Over on the Gunners Blog, Kendall Black has posted an interesting treatise about infringements of the Second Amendment.  I shan't excerpt it here, but I beg you to go read it for yourself.

And please excuse my somewhat florid language.  I was reading his post on Saber Fencing and it took me back in time a bit.
