A design student has come up with a unique concept for reducing the amount of small kitchen appliances in your kitchen. These appliances also use no electricity, as you supply the power through a foot pedal.

The R2B2 foot pedal |
Pushing that pedal spins the flywheel which provides the motive power for various attachments such as a coffe grinder, a mixer and a food processor.

The attachment store inside the cabinet |
A switch on the front allows you to determine the speed for the attachments.

One of the two attachment shafts is for the coffee grinder and food processor.

The other is for a flex shaft attachment similar to a blender

Are You A Wheel
I really would like to have one of these for my kitchen, and I applaud the work of Mr Thetard. He has used the gift he has been given to design something that with some money and a little tweaking could be used in many areas that do not have the infrastructure that American and European countries have.
