Another Solyndra

Abound Solar of Colorado received a $400 Million loan guarantee from the DOE.  Of which they drew about $70 Million dollars of it.  Abound Solar, was selling defective panels that was actually causing fires in the field on top of customers roofs, and they were not performing to the advertised specifications.  Underperforming and causing fires, our tax dollars at work.
