This has happened once&and can happen again. The old lady in the video was hospitalized when tackled. The video got put on the news once and was conficated and blocked after that. This should never be allowed to happen again--either you are a citizen or a subject with no rights. After the event, the courts ruled that this action was unlawful, but it was too late as too many people were left vulnerable! Most of the confiscated guns were never located.
