The Constitution just doesn't work? And this is the man that Barack Obama wants to be our next Secretary of State? The main face over our Nation to other countries? And to say that our Constitution "Just doesn't work" is a slap in the face to every serviceman and servicewoman of our country.
If our Constitution doesn't work in some cases, why are our Armed forces sending men and women to be killed or horribly mutilated on foreign shores?
And what is it he keeps jotting down in front of him?
