Since when does the EPA decide State Boundaries?

"Have you heard the story of the residents of Riverton, Wyo.? One day they were Wyomingans, the next they were members of the Wind River tribes — after the Environmental Protection Agency declared the town part of the Wind River Indian Reservation, undoing a 1905 law passed by Congress and angering state officials."

The EPA needs to be brought to heel and made to account for it's flippant violations of Law and Regulation.

  1. To be truthful, it isn't the "EPA". It is a person, with a name, who uses the authority of her (most likely) office at the EPA to do this.

We don't need COngress or teh courts to hold an agency accountable. We need them to hold decision makers at that agency accountable. People need to pay heavy fines and be fired. People need to go to jail. The alternative is no one is really accountable and one part of the government pays a fine to a different part of the government. Nothing changes unless someone feels pain.
