They Discontinued GTalk, and INSIST I transition to "Google Hangouts".
The same Hangouts that has been consistently messing with my computer when I try the Firefox plugin. So they want me to d/l "Chrome". Huh Uh, ain't happening. So I've switched to Pidgin,which can talk to all of the other messenger programs.
If you like I are having issues with Hangouts and wish you had something simpler give Pidgin a try.
