This is Sydney a.k.a. HALO, a "Super-Powered" Soldier/Cop with ARCSWAT a part of ARCHON which you will find in the Web Comic Grrl Power. This screen cap is from Today's Strip and it took me all of about 8 seconds to rack my brain to remember what a "Merkin" is, and then the idea of a "Merkin Bald Cap" and Sydney's own personality, and well lets just say I'm glad I wasn't drinking at the time it finally clicked.
