With al the weird weather we're having locally, I'll sleep for 30-45 minutes be up for 90 minutes to 2 hours, back down for 3-4 hours, up for an hour, back down to 45-90 minutes up for 26 hours back down.
Up/Down/up/down/up.
And when not even taking a sleeping pill puts me out longer than 3 hours, I think I'm going to need to talk to my Dr to figure what is going on with my body.
