Humans are inherently selfish. What none of these young men understand, even the capitalist, is how a parent feels and thinks. Socialism is based on some altruistic love of the common good. That disappears in an instant when that bread is going to either my child or your child. Parenthood is the firmest basis for self-interest. No amount of socialist propaganda will ever change that.
