Is it just me or does he sound like he has a bad solder connection somewhere on his motherboard when he talks? I couldn't make it through the whole clip thanks to the disjointed speech. He's a fine man but he needs a Spokesperson. Perhaps Samuel L. Jackson would be best suited for a hostile panel.
