And the uniformed thugs are violating the 3rd amenment now

"LAS VEGAS (CN) – Henderson police arrested a family for refusing to let officers use their homes as lookouts for a domestic violence investigation of their neighbors, the family claims in court."

The cops want to use your house for a OP, you say no.  They bust down your door, lock you up and use your home anyway.

And for those who don't know what the Third Amendment is:

"The Third Amendment (Amendment III) to the United States Constitution is a part of the United States Bill of Rights. It was introduced on September 5, 1789, and then three quarters of the states ratified this as well as 9 other amendments on December 15, 1791. It prohibits, in peacetime or wartime, the quartering of soldiers in private homes without the owner's consent."

The Exact Text:

"No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law"

Very simple.  Now some may say that the police aren't soldiers so it doesn't apply.  Excuse me.  An agent of the government, which a soldier and a police officer both are, tries to use your home against your wishes.  That is a violation of the Third Amendment.

And this happened in Las Vegas, which from past history, it's law enforcement agencies feel that the law they are supposed to enforce doesn't apply to them.  Look up Eric Scott over at I think Bob Owens or Mike McDaniels blogs to see for yourself.
