DOJ still trying to violate the law

"The Justice Department said in a suit filed in U.S. District Court in Corpus Christi that Texas state lawmakers passed the requirement to deny racial minorities the right to vote and, unlike other states with similar laws, failed to take steps to prevent the law from being discriminatory."

This after the Supreme Court struck down elements of the Voting Rights Act.

"WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Tuesday effectively struck down the heart of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 by a 5-to-4 vote, freeing nine states, mostly in the South, to change their election laws without advance federal approval."

SO of course Obama has Eric Holder filing suit so the Democrats can attempt to intimidate states into allowing vote fraud.

  1. Whenever Eric Holder opens his piehole about how Texas has historically been a racist state-- someone needs to pipe-up and remind him that Democrats aren't in charge anymore!

    :-D
