Maybe he should’ve included learning and practicing the NRA safety rules for newbies before he even suggested buying a gun. I do not care if the guy next to me at the range can’t hit the paper on which the target is printed, but when he doesn’t keep the barrel pointed down range and his finger off the trigger when he is not contemplating a shot, I get nervous. Getting good groups will the; come with a little instruction and practice,
