What a surprise. Unlike previous Administrations, the Obama Administration is counting people caught at the border and deported. Whereas the previous Administration only counted those caught and deported from the interior of the country.
It sounds like maybe the Obama Administration wants to seem like it's actually doing it's job.
Which we all know they aren't doing.
