TED - How women wage conflict without violence - Julia Bacha
Riiiiiggght. Non-violence. And I've seen "Discussions" and "Disagreements" with and between women/genetic females, that were metaphorically the equivalence of just short of nuclear war.
A woman holds a grudge, for forever and a day, remembers each and every slight, intentional or unintentional, can go from losing her temper to a sobbing mess in less than 30 seconds. Many women don't see any problem with pettiness or vindictiveness as long as it is their own.
So "Women wage 'Conflict' without violence", someone really has an inflated sense of self importance about the female gender.
