More changes to ObamaCare - no fanfare this time

"In 2013, HHS decided that ObamaCare's wave of policy terminations qualified as a "hardship" that entitled people to a special type of coverage designed for people under age 30 or a mandate exemption. HHS originally defined and reserved hardship exemptions for the truly down and out such as battered women, the evicted and bankrupts.

But amid the post-rollout political backlash, last week the agency created a new category: Now all you need to do is fill out a form attesting that your plan was cancelled and that you "believe that the plan options available in the [ObamaCare] Marketplace in your area are more expensive than your cancelled health insurance policy" or "you consider other available policies unaffordable." 

How many changes have been made by now?   And not a single one of them was brought before Congress.

This is without a doubt the most lawless Administration in the entire history of this nation.

President Obama and his Administration have made multiple changes to the Affordable Care Act aka ObamaCare, and the problem with that is he doesn't have the authority to do so.

In order to make the changes he has done, he should have submitted the changes to Congress.  And he did not do so. 

He just wrote an Executive Order.

Sorry, Executive Orders are NOT law.

If you read that article you will find that an Executive Order signed by President Petulant means that "In time of emergency" your stocks and supplies could be seized and you can find yourself in jail.

Hopefully that will never happen here in the US, but given President Petulant's current actions do you really want to take a chance?

The laws of Secondary effects will hit us HARD.  Food will get even more expensive, fuels costs will rise through the roof.  The mining and construction industry in this country, any that use blasting agents, will be hit the hardest.

All because of a group of petty dilettantes who want to "Transform" America.

Executive Order to ban firearms?

"The president is going to act," said Biden, giving some comments to the press before a meeting with victims of gun violence. "There are executives orders, there's executive action that can be taken. We haven't decided what that is yet. But we're compiling it all with the help of the attorney general and the rest of the cabinet members as well as legislative action that we believe is required."

Are the really that stupid that they want to risk a second revolutionary or civil war?  I can almost guarantee that if Obama tries that there WILL be some people who will do something stupid, and the .GOV WILL over react just like Ruby Ridge, just like Waco.  And the aftermath will NOT be pretty.

Another Executive Order?

This time for Cyber-Security. I am just wondering what else is planned before the election. Note that. BEFORE the election.

"The White House is circulating a draft of an executive order aimed at protecting the country from cyberattacks, The Hill has learned. The draft proposal, which has been sent to relevant federal agencies for feedback, is a clear sign that the administration is resolved to take action on cybersecurity even as Congress remains gridlocked on legislation that would address the threat."

Why now? Why an Executive Order?

Look around. With all the other Executive Orders Obummer has signed and the ramifications of them, why this one?
