World War III starts in the Pacific

"China has deployed surface-to-air missile launchers on an island in the South China Sea, satellite images appear to show, dramatically upping the stakes in a territorial dispute involving the US and its regional allies.

Tensions in the South China Sea, a vital shipping route, could rise after two batteries of eight missile launchers and a radar system were deployed to Woody Island in the past week, according to images taken by the private company ImageSat International.

The images were first published by Fox News. The Chinese foreign minister, Wang Yi, did not deny that missile launchers had been installed but said the reports were an attempt by certain western media to create news stories.

“As for the limited and necessary self-defence facilities China has built on islands and reefs stationed by Chinese personnel, that is consistent with the self-defence and self-preservation China is entitled to under international law,” he said."

What they are not saying in the various stories is that Russia is supplying a LOT of the technology in those missiles,

The whole Idea is to force a confrontation in the Pacific to draw eyes away from Europe and the Middle East.

Just watch and wait for it.

Are there any grownups left in the room?

Borepatch has found someone who has a clue about Russia and the invasion of Crimea and how to deal with it.  The problem is there don't appear to be any adults left in the room to implement it.

I'm afraid until we get some adults involved instead of the children currently in power in D.C., we are possibly on our way to World War III.

I just pray the vanity of a certain person doesn't come into play and the conflict doesn't turn "Hot".

Another war warning

Seriously, things are getting to the point where you won't have time to prepare as there won't be the extra supplies to purchase, if you can even afford it.

Get your head's out of the clouds and quit with the wishful thinking.

Many are probably saying that I'm being alarmist and nothing is going to happen.

Can you predict when the next natural disaster is going to hit?

Can you predict when the next terrorist attack will hit?

You can't.  And neither can I. 

I CAN however look at the socioeconomic conditions and political conditions and then look at history to make a few educated guesses.  And so far several of my educated guess have been correct.  I'm not batting 1.0, but I am batting over .500.  Other Bloggers and some commentors have rather high batting averages as it comes to what is going on.  And compared to the Media and the Politicians batting averages, I'll bet on us bloggers.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made Libya Security decision

According to a post over at Bare Naked Islam.


"the new State Department Rules of Engagement for Libya, approved and signed by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton since the 2011 fall of Khadafi’s regime, severely compromised the safety and security of murdered Ambassador Stevens and all American diplomatic staff in Libya."

If this is true it bodes very ill for Hillary's possible 2016 Presidential run. Click the above link to read for yourself what is being reported.

ETA: Also at BNI a few posts down is this quote by Winston Churchill:

Reading that it has become apparent to me that The Obama Administration from Obama on down has replaced Neville Chamberlain as the  Appeaser in Chief.

I just pray that it does not lead to events similar as to what Lord Chamberlain's appeasement brought about.
