A city councilman is given a sobriety test in his front yard, AFTER he has been home several minutes and hence NOT driving. He passes it, but it is the opening of an unusual can of thuggery.
"Costa Mesa Councilman Jim Righeimer had finished speaking at a community meeting last Wednesday, and then headed to a pub owned by fellow councilman Gary Monahan. Righeimer drank two sodas and drove home. After arriving home, a Costa Mesa cop showed up at his door and asked him to step outside and take a sobriety test, which he passed."
Really? He is already in his house and you ask him to step outside to take a FST for his "Driving", aren't you supposed to pull him over while "Driving" to give him a FST? But this is just typical of Public Sector Unions and their thuggery.

She was arrested in connection with a homicide in 1957, but was deemed insane and committed to a hospital.The octogenarian previously pleaded guilty two years ago for similar burglaries, and reportedly asked if she would be serving the entire three years of her sentence. Thompson was released on parole in November.According to the newspaper, she reportedly told detectives at her sentencing that she “wouldn’t do all this nonsense if the government gave us more money.”

US Postal Service Website might have been hacked
I tried to track a package on the US Postal Service website and my Anti Virus went nuts telling me there was 2 threats on the page. I went to usps.com I am not making it linkable just in case.
But has this happened to anyone else?
Check your Anit-Virus, make sure it's up to date. And now I"m going to run Malwarebytes and Spybot just to make sure. Those two links go directly to the download sections for Malwarebytes and Spybot Search and Destroy, both of them are very good products and I highly suggest you use them.

Wolves - For Kenny aka Wirecutter
"CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Visitors to Yellowstone National Park on almost any given day can glimpse packs of wolves and hear their iconic howls, thanks to a yearslong effort to revive the species that once neared extinction in the United States.
Kenny posted pictures of rather LARGE wolves that had been legally killed by hunters and the Petaphiles went absolutely NUTS. Slamming him in the comment section threatening him with bodily harm and death, and he has never even shot a wolf. All he did was post pictures of legally taken wolves and they went nuts. Well Petaphiles how about the above story? The wolf population has gotten so large they are now to be shot on sight. Let me repeat that. WOLVES ARE TO BE SHOT ON SIGHT This is the Feds and the State government saying that. They wouldn't say that unless there was a problem. And there is. and the cure for the problem? Cull the pack. So unless you Petaphiles want to go to the expense to trap and relocate large numbers of wolves to places where they will not harm the local ecosystem by over hunting.
But to read about the hateful supposedly peaceful Petaphiles I direct you to THIS post and THIS post, read the comments. Hunting is necessary for wildlife control. As we humans take more and more of animals natural habitat, they have no choice but to move into cities and towns. So if you want to save the wolves, how about you idiot Petaphiles quit moving out into THEIR homes and forcing them out. Remember my earlier post on Burning Man?
Well here is someone who has attended Burning Man several times and here are his impressions.
"Burning Man is an ideal living set, it's a fantasy land where there is virtually no crime, no personal property, no income, no expenses, a barter economy based on gifting rather than trading, environmentally friendly (apart from the massive burning destruction at the end of course), tolerant, safe, secure and a haven for personal liberty.
Simply put, most human beings can't handle that. That's not an insult, it's just an examination of reality. Most humans want and need a sense of structure and order, they need to know that there is a "safety net" of public infrastructure (non-Westernized nations less so), they need to know that their personal property and security of person is protected by an organized and capable force. They need to know that the mail will come, not because someone has created a cool art project and is playing mailman, they need to know that the mail will come regardless of whether or not the artist continues his personal commitment. Most need to know that there will be oversight of public eating facilities, clean potable water, etc etc etc. Burning Man delivers all these things, so to the supporter of Burning Man, they may not understand what I'm saying, BUT, at Burning Man, these things are FAKE, they are an illusion. Yeah, there's WiFi now at Burning Man, but it's not economically stable, it couldn't support a society. There's mail at Burning Man, but you couldn't trust it for commerce. There's so so much to see and do and touch and feel and play with and jump on and roll in and more, that Burning Man FEELS real. It FEELS like something you could get behind and support as a "lifestyle".
Alas dear reader, it's FAKE, completely FAKE."
