This is one of the problems this country currently faces. The lack of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for our own safety and actions. We rely upon others to ensure we are safe. We rely on others to to protect us from ourselves. I"m sorry, but I can take care of myself for the most part, and I don't need someone looking over my shoulder and peering under the bed and looking into the closet to make sure the boogeyman isn't there I am very capable of doing that myself.
