Which is why I always use the 3 thousand rule. I try to keep at least 3 seconds between my car and the car in front of me.
you know they pass a sign I count one one thousand, two one thousand, three one thousand. By the time I get to three one thousand, I should just be passing the sign. Meaning I have 3 seconds between myself and the vehicle in front of me.
