HELP!! When it rains it pours

I just got my truck fixed, and had to take it back to the shop to correct an issue, get it back from that, and my 21 year old son who turns 22 tomorrow that has Aspergers, wrecked it and damaged my neighbors fence.

I had to borrow the money from my mom, using her credit card but I have to pay the bill, to fix it originally.  Now I have to replace part of my front clip/headlights and fix my suspension/steering.

AND, I'm going to have to pay for my neighbors fence.

I really hate to ask this, but if anyone can help out, it would be very appreciated.
