Portable Soup from Jas. Townsend & Son
I've had a form of portable soup way back when I used to go to Rendezvous and Des Marie Faires. Believe it or not, it makes a very good soup or stew base, and can be used to make a good broth for people who are sick.
Jas. Townsend and Sons has a LOT of good information in their videos, yes they are hawking their wares, but if I had the $$, I'd own most of their catalog already.
