These border on the really extreme and disturbing.  Implanting something without anesthesia?  Was there even a licensed Dr performing the procedure? 

There are those who push the boundaries who DO advance knowledge and technology.  However there are some who push the boundaries for their own sense of accomplishment and importance.  In other words their own Ego.
