Correct me if I am wrong,
but if you are dishonorable discharged from the US Armed Forces, you are ineligible to Vote, Own a Firearm or have a Professional License. And yet the Lame Stream Media is saying the Wisconsin shooter used "Legally Purchased Firearms". If he is dishonorably discharged he cannot legally purchase or own Firearms. So how are his Firearms "Legally Purchased"?

It appears his discharge was "less than honorable" and is not a disqualification, while a "dishonorable discharge" would be a disqualifier.
If I am remembering correctly a less than honorable turns honorable after 6 years if the discharged has no criminal offenses. Is that correct?
