I remember the Mock Chicken, the spam sandwhich, sloppy joes, monte cristo, deviled ham, potted meat, creamed corn, although my grandmother usually also added green peas, cucumber, pimento cheese, olive loaf, I haven't seen olive loaf in years, has anyone else? Fish sticks, I love making those to this day, 8 baked fish sticks, with tartar sauce, cheese, lettuce and tomato, maybe some sliced red onion if we have any. There were some I've heard about but never tried and there are also other sandwhiches I'm surprised they didn't mention.
