"Treavor says he had confidently assumed that an autopsy would be performed; it was also required by Florida law. However, with no logical explanation being offered, the police hurriedly shipped his body off to a funeral home and asked for it to be cremated, CBS reported. This was not only against police protocol but also against the law, and was done behind the backs of the surviving family members. By sheer luck and coincidence, the funeral home did not get to the cremation in a timely fashion — the body was there for 7 days.
After the evidence was nearly destroyed, an autopsy was performed, yielding some remarkable results. Mr. Eimers was found to have ten (10) broken ribs, as well as wounds around both ribs, the Miami Herald reported. While no official explanations were offered on the cause of death, Monroe County Medical Examiner Dr. E. Scheuerman ruled out heart attack as a cause."
From the descriptions of the eye witnesses, it sounds like the Key West Florida Police Department killed a man and are/were trying to cover up the facts.
All the more reason that the Police need to be held to a HIGHER standard. And they need to lose their "Qualified Immunity"

$2,000 for a $700,000 MRAP
Or at least that What Fort Pierce Police think.
"FORT PIERCE, Fla. - Police in Fort Pierce are now armed with a U.S. military surplus battle wagon: a six wheel, 30-ton armored vehicle worth $700,000 — that the agency got for $2,000.
“If you see my SWAT team roll up in this, it’s over, so just give up,” said Police Chief Sam Baldwin.
However Baldwin hopes the mine-resistant, ambush protection vehicle just stays parked. If used, it would be for transporting the SWAT team and for a mobile command and rescue vehicle."
Nothing is really for free when it comes from the hands of the government. As several other departments are finding out after they get their newest toys, MRAP's are expensive to maintain and run.
Tires cost 3-5 times more than standard, fuel costs are increased as the MRAP's increased weight and engine size means less MPG's, and just idling the engine uses a LOT of fuel.
And we still don't know WHY a small town department feels they NEED something like a Bearcat or an MRAP.
I know of 3 departments in St. Louis that still use old Armored cars formerly used by armored car companies. The LASD and LAPD as far as I know still have one each on their books for the same reason. Cheap to operate and maintain, and they got them cheap from Brinks Armored Car Company.
They won't stop an IED or an RPG, but this is the U.S.of A. not a war zone.
So why do all these departments feel the need to get all kitted up with Army toys, and dress up as soldiers?

Bar Bouncers attack customers and when the cops show up they arrest the customers.
I found this from Miguel's blog, but I've interviewed Carlos who is trying to get this as wide a publicity as possible.
I'll give you the link to Carlos' pos about the incident:
Florida Bar Bouncers Caught on Video Attacking Customers; Police Show Up and Arrest Customers
I watched the video over a dozen times, pausing and playing multiple times.
Mr. Coelho has his arms around a blond woman, his friend Mr.Parker appears to be moving a chair behind him. when the large bouncer a Mr. Jovan Tut Dean comes up behind him and places him in a stranglehold and takes him to the ground. Mr. Coelho still had at least one of his arms around the blond lady when he was struck in the face by Mr. Kris Thomas, knocking him backwards away from the blond woman. He stumbles backwards and trips, falling down, with the blong woman landing on his legs, whereupon Mr. Kris Thomas proceeds to punch him one more time then change from punching Mr. Coelho to kicking him. While this is happening Mr. Parker is thrown to the ground by Mr. Jovan Tut Dean. Mr. Parker gets up and moves away while Mr. Jovan Tut Dean starts yelling, "Have a good day, go home." Mr. Coelho gets up and runs away out of frame. Mr. Parker as he tries to get away is also struck by another person who has yet to be identified.
Granted the video is short, but from what I saw of the video it appear that Mr. Coelho and Mr. Parker were attacked by the bouncers, employees of the club Dirty Blondes. Mr. Coelho and Mr. Parker during the time the video was filmed were both in relaxed attitudes and did not appear to be offering any type of threat to the bouncers or anyone else.
And to add insult to injury, Mr. Coelho and Mr. Parker were arrested by the police when they returned to scene, supposedly for assaulting an officer and disorderly conduct. There is a second video showing Mr. Coelho and Mr. Parker's interaction with the police officers. I certainly do not see anything that suggests to me of an assault against a police officer. Which tells me that Mr. Coelho and Mr. Parker, being upset might have been guilty of "Contempt of Cop" hence their arrests.

Obama's False Flag - Tampa Police find suspicious items
Associated Press story in the Star Tribune.
"Tampa police find 'suspicious' bricks, pipes on rooftop just days before Republican convention"
TAMPA, Fla. - Tampa police said Tuesday that they confiscated pipes, bricks and other "suspicious" items from the rooftop of a downtown building located about a mile from where next week's Republican National Convention will be held.
Tampa Police Chief Jane Castor said she believes the items were put there by protesters for use during RNC demonstrations. She added that some RNC-related graffiti was also found at the building, but wouldn't elaborate.
"It is disconcerting but it's not surprising," she said. "This is normally how things proceed leading up to a large event."
Tampa will host the RNC at a downtown stadium from Aug. 27-30."
And just because I'm the suspicious type and feel that if something DOES happen this little story might go down the memory hole, I am including a screen shot of it. Actually 2 because if I shrink the page to show the whole story you can't read it.

With all the various rumors and speculation going on about a False Flag Operation by the Obama Administration in an effort to maintain power, I'm not taking any chances. As I don't trust the Administration as far as I can thrown an M1A1 Abrams Tank.
