Vet Ranch - Dr Matt - No Eyes? No Problem!!!

Meet Harvey, a little puppy born with tiny non-functional eyes. Though his eyes are small, his spirit makes up for it in a big way!!! The day this video was posted we received an update that Harvey has been adopted and is flying to his new home in CANADA!!! Congrats to Harvey and to his new family.
