Surplus Ammo 24 Hour Deal -Three Uppers

Surplus Ammo is who I bought the Upper for my Franken-15 from.  The Franken-15 has a 1:8 16" upper with MagPul MOE Forend.  It didn't have a BCG or Charging Handle, but I got those from Palmetto State Armory.  If I had the $$ I'd get the top one, the 18" HBAR with BCG, although I'm not familiar with the Dragon's Head Comp, I'd see how it performed.  I personally prefer the Standard A-2 Flash Hider.
