I've had one for years and have never used it, it was seasoned and stored in the metal box it came in along with a griddle and skillet. I also just picked up another brand new one. This was a pretty informative video and I will be re-seasoning both of them and trying them out in my back yard here very soon.
I cooked with cast iron skillets exclusively when I was single and still have them but my wife refuses to use them.She is as stubborn as a Missouri mule and won't let me teach her how easy they are to take care of. It won't take me long to figure these Dutch ovens out. Thanks for posting this.
