IRS Lost Lois Lerner E-mails?

"IRS claims it has LOST two years' worth of emails from embattled former official Lois Lerner as tea party targeting scandal heats up again"

Can we please get Lois Lerner in front of a Grand Jury now?

"The public watchdog group Judicial Watch told Secrets Thursday that it was former scandal boss Lois Lerner who shared the information on groups including the American Future Fund and the American Issues Project.

The emails obtained by Judicial Watch show that the IRS, which was considering the tax status of the groups, gave the FEC the tax returns of the groups, including income, expenditures and staff pay. The emails also revealed the exact working of the prying political questions the IRS wanted the groups to reveal, such as their goals and the requests for brochures and ads."

Those e-mails are proof that Lois Lerner violated federal law.  Not once but multiple times.  As such she needs to brought up in front of a Grand Jury  to answer for the crimes there is now PROOF she committed.

And no deals, she needs to serve time, and not in Club Fed.

IRS gave Whitehouse access to Private Tax information

"Top Internal Revenue Service Obamacare official Sarah Hall Ingram discussed confidential taxpayer information with senior Obama White House officials, according to 2012 emails obtained by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and provided to The Daily Caller.

Lois Lerner, then head of the IRS Tax Exempt Organizations division, also received an email alongside White House officials that contained confidential information."

SO on top of the targeting of Conservative groups we find that the IRS under Lois Lerner shared confidential tax information with the Whitehouse.

And why hasn't there been a grand jury or something empaneled yet?

Another IRS Scandal - This time in concert with the DEA

"A 350-word entry in the Internal Revenue Manual instructed agents of the U.S. tax agency to omit any reference to tips supplied by the DEA's Special Operations Division, especially from affidavits, court proceedings or investigative files. The entry was published and posted online in 2005 and 2006, and was removed in early 2007. The IRS is among two dozen arms of the government working with the Special Operations Division, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the National Security Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency."

Just how many scandals are going to come out?  And how is the Administration going to explain this away?

And of course the Democrat Representative says  "He is a conservative Republican working for the IRS. I think this interview and these statements go a long way toward showing that the White House was not involved in this," 

So of course there is no scandal, it's the republicans own people doing this to them.

Granted I can believe that the main GOP party would love to knock the Tea Party down.  "Just send us your campaign donations and SHUT UP", however there have been too many revelations of this being directed out of DC, that this comes across as too trite for me to believe.

IRS STILL targeting Conservatives

"The woman who helped expose IRS abuse of conservative activists has more news to share: The abuse continues, and she sees no evidence that the White House, the IRS or the Justice Department is doing anything to end it. "This is not in the past tense. This is still going on," says Cleta Mitchell, perhaps the country's pre-eminent expert on campaign-finance and political tax law."

Despite what the Obama Administration is saying, the IRS is still going after Conservatives, their donors, their members, anyone connected to them.

Isn't it time for the Courts to step in  with some injunctions and Marshals to put a stop to this garbage?

If you have done nothing wrong why worry?

"Unsurprisingly, the usual Big Brother apologists chimed in with the rebuttal, “If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about.”"

Because under the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, I have an "Expectation of Privacy".  Which mean I can feel secure in my home, on my computer, on my cell phone from intrusion by ANYONE.  It doesn't matter if I haven't committed a crime or an offense.  I have an Expectation of Privacy.  Therefore the .GOV has no legal Right to examine, surveil, record or in any way shape or form, monitor me or my communications.

Until such time as they gather evidence of any wrong doing by me, they cannot monitor my communications, surveil me or intrude on my privacy.  For them to do that they are REQUIRED to present their evidence of my alleged wrong doing to a judge, who then makes the determination as to whether they have enough evidence to reach the threshold of "Probable Cause"

They are FOBIDDEN by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights from "Dragnet" surveillance, which is just like it sounds.  Throwing out a net and gathering in as much information as they can from as many people as they can in order to look for any wrong doing.

Did you catch that?

They don't have a suspicion of wrong doing by any one particular person, but they are gathering data on people to LOOK for any evidence of wrong doing.

That is Unconstitutional.

In other words, it is ILLEGAL.

I have the RIGHT to be secure in my home, head and communications, be they verbal, written or electronic.  WITHOUT the .GOV seeking to obtain it without "Due Process".

So it doesn't matter if I have nothing to hide.  It matters that the .GOV violated my Rights, your Rights, and BROKE THE LAW.

That is what is at issue in these scandals.

The .GOV, it's agencies and agents VIOLATED the Laws and the Constitution of this nation.

For that there needs to be consequences, for ANY AND ALL involved in those violations.  From those at the bottom who performed the violations, to those at the top who either ordered them or through inaction allowed them to occur.

This is a Nation of Rights and Laws.

If the .GOV can trample on the Rights and Laws with Impunity, what type of Nation are we?

Oh wonderful.  How many more reports like this are we going to get over the next few weeks?

Larry Connors bosses are punishing him for telling the truth.

In the post I wrote about the Obama Administrations use of the IRS and the Justice Department to persecute individuals and organizations it doesn't like.  Found HERE, now KMOV the station Larry works for has taken him off the air in an apparent attempt to silence him.

"Longtime KMOV (Channel 4) anchorman Larry Conners is “off the air” until further notice.

The station is examining Conners’ recent allegations that he was targeted by the Internal Revenue Service after interviewing President Barack Obama.

“He’s not suspended. We just all thought it made sense (for him) to take a few days off,” news director Sean McLaughlin said Thursday.

“We take this very seriously, and we don’t expect this to drag on. We’re still looking into the situation and weighing our options,” he said."
