Cosplay is NOT Consent.
There have been cases unfortunately of people who are CosPlaying getting attacked, touched, assaulted in inappropriate ways at some of the Comic/Sci-Fi conventions.
Just because someone is dressed up as a character in an outfit which might seems to invite "Things" it is NOT an invitation.

Truly sad that people 'think' those characters are real, and willing to do things... sigh
A friend who I "Met" online through the RPF had a creeper/stalker who tried to follow her to her hotel room. Luckily she had her cell phone and texted another member from the RPF who was there at the Con.
A small posse was rounded up to get to her and to escort her away from the creep and they also reported the guy to the Con Committee, who did "Nothing". they didn't pull his badge and ask him to leave, all they did was to ask him to leave her alone.
Last day of the Con the creep tried to fondle at 15 year old girl who was CosPlaying as Rapunzel from Tangled.
The girls parents wanted the guy arrested but the Con Committee talked them out of it saying it would "Hurt" the Con.
Personally if it was me, I'd probably be in jail for breaking my cane over the guys head.
