"SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Authorities arrested a survivalist on Tuesday suspected of burglarizing Utah cabins for years and leaving some covered with threats and bullet holes.
Troy James Knapp, 45, dubbed the "Mountain Man" by cabin owners, was taken into custody in mountains outside of Ferron in central Utah after evading authorities for more than five years, the Sanpete County Sheriff's Office said."
Troy James Knapp, a parolee dropped off the grid in 2003. Finally in 2013, law enforcement found him again.
For 10 years he was burglarizing and vandalizing homes, leaving taunting messages, and it took Law Enforcement over 5 years to even identify him as the culprit.
And according to DHS our border is secure. According to the politicians, law enforcement can keep us safe.
According to certain law enforcement officers we don't NEED to firearms to protect ourselves.
I don't know what they have been smoking, injecting or imbibing, but I think they need to go to rehab to remove the rose colored glasses tinging their perspectives.
