Obama is lying to us again
Obama: We Want You to be Comfortable with Spying
Just like any politician you can tell he is lying to us. His lips are moving, therefore he is lying. Like TFS writes, all he is doing is going around calming the outrage over programs, so they can be hidden from view again rather than STOPPED.
