Last night I awoke with painful muscle spasms in my back. The weather has been changing. When I finally was able to move this morning after taking a muscle relaxer, I checked the forecast. Temps in the 50's nose diving down to a possible low of 35. Right now, I"m suffering from more spasms and the current temp is now 39. Just an hour ago it was 45.
I need to find the heating pad and go back to bed.
