Why do you think there is a Mexican Consulate in every major city? They issue Mexican Consulate picture ID Cards to any illegal and are usually and conveniently located near a Spanish speaking Bank of America branch who accepts these ID's for accounts. Everywhere I look there's Mexicans working on residential, commercial construction, roads, utlities..everywhere. Why is no one saying anything about that?"
