"A 17-year-old parolee who led police on a chase early this morning that injured three officers has been arrested and charged, according to officials.
Eric Samuels, of the 600 block of East 131st Street, was wearing an electronic monitoring bracelet at the time of this morning's chase. He also had been wanted on a parole violation warrant stemming from a gun-related arrest in February of 2012, police said.
He was arrested after police spotted a black 2001 Dodge Intrepid with a broken taillight at about 2:25 a.m. driving near the 400 block of East 69th Street and pulled the car over, police said."
17 years old. Already on Parole for a Firearms related offense. Driving a stolen car. Carrying another firearm. Flees police. Injures 3 officers.
And wearing an electronic monitoring device.

Yeah, where's that ENFORCEMENT???
I'd be more inclined to listen to a politician from Chicago if they actually enforced the laws they already had.
