This doesn't make any sense. She COST him MILLIONS of dollars with her lies. MILLIONS! And yet she gets to "Only" pay 310k in restitution?
Make it make sense!!!
She FIRST needs to make FULL restitution, PLUS she needs to GO TO PRISON. Not Jail, PRISON.
There have been cases of men being locked up due to false allegations, then taking their own lives. BECAUSE OF FALSE ALLEGATION!!!! and NOTHING happens to the liars who cost those men their freedom and finally their lives.
The prosecutors and courts need to start punishing these individuals, Male or Female, who make false accusations.
