ATF Serves Cease & Desist Order to Gun Parts Supplier, JSD Supply - Ammoland.com
PROSPECT, PA -(Ammoland.com)- This morning, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) served JSD Supply with a cease & desist order.
The order originated from the ATF’s Philadelphia field office. It stated that JSD Supply could not sell both unfinished frames and firearms parts to the same person no matter if they were purchased at different times. If JSD Supply sold a frame to someone, then the customer comes back to the site and buys a gun part; then, according to the ATF, the company sold the customer a complete firearm without a federal firearms license (FFL) in violation of the Gun Control Act (GCA).
The ATF claims this action is independent of the new rule change that was unveiled last month during a White House Rose Garden ceremony and is due to go into effect this August. The order claimed it has always been Illegal under the GCA to sell parts and frames to the same person even if the transactions were separate. The ATF calls this “structuring.” Many sites sell both parts and frames, including major players in the firearms industry such as Brownells and Midway.
As of Thursday morning, JSD Supply’s website was taken offline until the company received legal advice on how to move forward. JSD Supply has been at the center of attention since NBC News released a hit piece on the company in conjunction with Pennsylvania Attorney General and governor candidate Josh Shapiro.
NBC reporter Vaughn Hillyard purchased two kits from a gun show outside of Philadelphia in the piece. After he bought two unfinished kits from the JSD Supply booth, he ambushed JSD Supply owner Jordan Vinroe in the parking lot with an interview. The interview was selectively edited to smear Vinroe.

ATF: Gun Shop License Revocations Up a Staggering 500%!? - Ammoland.com
U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- Before the Biden-Harris administration took over the White House, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives usually revoked an average of 40 Federal Firearm Licenses (FFLs) per year. But, in the 11 months since Joe Biden declared war on “rogue gun dealers,” the ATF has revoked 273 FFLs – an increase of more than 500%. However, rather than targeting the true rogues, Biden’s ATF is revoking FFLs for the most minor of paperwork errors, which were never a concern for the ATF until Biden weaponized the agency.
“This has nothing to do with the ATF and everything to do with the DOJ,” said John Clark of FFL Consultants. Clark is a firearm industry expert who said the ATF announced the number of revocations at a recent Firearm Industry Conference.
“The vast majority of the ATF don’t like this any more than the industry does,” he said. “It’s Biden.”
Clark and business partner John Bocker crisscross the country to help gun dealers fight back against Biden’s overreach – a service that is free to all members of the National Shooting Sports Foundation. Their mantra is: “Get it right the first time.”
“Our goal is to prevent an incident from occurring,” Bocker has said. “Our goal is prevention – get it right the first time. We are the proactive and preventative arm of the NSSF.”
Nowadays, they’re extremely busy. “I had three revocation hearings last week,” Clark said.
Key to the massive increase in revocations is Biden’s zero-tolerance for willful violations policy, which Clark said relies upon a new definition of willful. If a dealer makes a simple mistake, they can now lose their license, because the new definition of willful states that the dealer knew the law, but willfully chose to violate it anyway – regardless of whether it was an oversight, an error by an employee or a simple paperwork mistake.

JSD Supply - ATF Announcement - BREAKING NEWS: ATF Serves JSD Supply a Cease & Desist
I found a New to Me website about my favorite Black Powder Revolver
The very first firearm that I owned was a "Kit" revolver that my parents bought for me when I was 15 years old. What was it you ask? A CVA Colt Navy caliber .36. It took me about a week to put it together the first time. And about 2 months to really learn how to assemble it properly after I ordered some replacement parts and waited for CVA to ship them. I was very sad when I had to sell that revolver. Anywho, yes I did write anywho, I was looking for some information about Civil War soldier's bedrolls when I found this website.
"The Frontier American Illustrated News" And they had an article about the 'Ole Navy Six. They also have some other extremely interesting articles and I'm spending a day just reading what they have. And wishing I had the funds to buy a new "1851 Navy Six".
So please click one of the above links, and see what they have that you might find interesting.
Another interesting article: "Money in the Old West: Coins of America's Dramatic 1840s-1870s"
So give them a look see. I think you might enjoy their site.

BAND MAID Big Dad Photo Collage
This is one of the few songs that Miku the secondary/backup vocalist/rhythm guitar takes over as the lead vocalist. She is a very good singer. Actually she has a much larger range than Saiki the Primary vocalist. However she felt she didn't have the power in her voice to really sing out the songs she wanted, the way she wanted. Which is why the recruited Saiki. Saiki has a powerful voice, however until Miku herself and others taught her, Saiki had a much more limited range in her voice. Now after 9 years plus additional training, Saiki has a very good range, but still Miku's range is much broader. But Miku doesn't have the same power that Saiki does.
So when I get to listen to a song where Miku takes the lead, it is all the more special for me. Remember, Band Maid is "Miku's" band. She thought up the idea, she recruited the members. And during the production of their second album she started writing the lyrics for the band. It wasn't until their third album, when the record company said they could put one of "THEIR" songs, writen, composed and arranged totally by the Ladies of Band Maid.
And that song is "Alone" Which I will try to post later. It's tricky as sometimes you can embed it, and sometimes you can't. And I don't know if P IN D has made a collage for it yet.
