they twins and I have been nursemaiding the 3D printer, and we have identified a couple of things that need to be adjusted to get it working the way we want it to.
It works now, but it has a few small issues that a trip to the hardware store and about .80 cents worth of nuts, washers and screws can't fix.
The biggest issue we were having with it was feeding it filament. Once we got the spool holder to finally print a decent enough copy without the print pulling up from the printer bed or the print head jamming the filament and not feeding properly.
Using a glue stick on the printer bed helped with that problem.
So we had a decent print of the 4 parts for the spool holder and it works, for now.
Then we did some adjustments, and printed two stabilizer brackets, which just need a little sanding to be good to go.
Now we have the printer printing for feet, and it is going to be a Loooooooong print. The computer says it will take over 6 hours to print all four feet
Once the feet are done and installed, we plan on printing a fan shroud for the fan that cools the print and the regulates the print head temperature.
And after all THOSE, we plan on printing a couple of cell phone holder for cars as gifts to the kids mother and grandmother.
So let me get back to work, I do have some video's in my inbox I need to post. They should fill out the day.
