"WASHINGTON — No one knows if the Obama administration will manage in the next five weeks to strike what many in the White House consider the most important foreign policy deal of his presidency: an accord with Iran that would forestall its ability to make a nuclear weapon. But the White House has made one significant decision: If agreement is reached, President Obama will do everything in his power to avoid letting Congress vote on it.
Even while negotiators argue over the number of centrifuges Iran would be allowed to spin and where inspectors could roam, the Iranians have signaled that they would accept, at least temporarily, a “suspension” of the stringent sanctions that have drastically cut their oil revenues and terminated their banking relationships with the West, according to American and Iranian officials. The Treasury Department, in a detailed study it declined to make public, has concluded Mr. Obama has the authority to suspend the vast majority of those sanctions without seeking a vote by Congress, officials say."
Remember this is the man who time and time again blames Republicans in Congress for not passing Bills he wants passed. And yet he and the Media also ignore the over 300 Bills The House of Representatives HAVE passed and his buddy Harry Reid have not even allowed to come to the floor for a vote. (That last link goes directly to to the GOP.GOV site which lists ALL of the bills passed.)
I'm sorry Mr. President, you don't get just the Bills YOU want passed. You get the Bills that many of the Congressperson's Constituents want passed, because we are TIRED of you thinking this is a Theocracy, Monarchy or Dictatorship run by you and your Cronies.

President Petulant relaxed Sanction against Iran months ago
Without consulting Congress, without informing Congress, without informing the United Nations (Ptui).
"The Obama administration began softening sanctions on Iran after the election of Iran’s new president in June, months before the current round of nuclear talks in Geneva or the historic phone call between the two leaders in September.
While those negotiations now appear on the verge of a breakthrough the key condition for Iran—relief from crippling sanctions—began quietly and modestly five months ago.
A review of Treasury Department notices reveals that the U.S. government has all but stopped the financial blacklisting of entities and people that help Iran evade international sanctions since the election of its president, Hassan Rouhani, in June."
Is it safe to say he is a Dictator now?
It was my understanding that the President does have the authority to do this, it was only after consultation with the pertinent Congressional Committees.
Or is my understanding of that wrong?

"How many times have you read financial-advice stories lecturing you to max-out on your IRA, save as much as you can in your 401(k), and even pay taxes now to change your regular IRA into a Roth IRA that will be tax-free until you die?
Well, be careful how much you save.
That's the message in President Obama's budget for fiscal 2014, which for the first time proposes to cap the amount Americans can save in these tax-sheltered investment vehicles. The White House explanation is that some people have accumulated "substantially more than is needed to fund reasonable levels of retirement saving." So Mr. Obama proposes to "limit an individual's total balance across tax-preferred accounts to an amount sufficient to finance an annuity of not more than $205,000 per year in retirement, or about $3 million for someone retiring in 2013."
SO if you are planning for your retirement in a responsible fashion, you are going to be penalized for it.
I"m sorry Mr President, you have alrdy shown that YOU and your advisers can't choose a winning financial plan if your lives depended on it.
I'd much rather trust my own judgement as to what I want to invest in and how much I wish to invest.
For you to come along and change the rules now smacks of imperialism and dictatorial assumption of powers not Constitutionally allowed.

Hey Obama how's your DOJ going to answer to this?
"In a scathing, 32-page opinion, Royce C. Lamberth, the chief judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, ruled in the detainees’ favor, characterizing the government’s arguments using terms like “untenable,” “quite preposterous,” “even less persuasive,” and “does not pass the smell test.”
The judge wrote: “The court, whose duty it is to secure an individual’s liberty from unauthorized and illegal executive confinement, cannot now tell a prisoner that he must beg leave of the executive’s grace before the court will involve itself. This very notion offends the separation-of-powers principles and our constitutional scheme.”
I mean how much more power and authority are you going to try to usurp from the legislative and the judicial branches of our government?
I'm afraid to even try to guess just how far you will allow the dignity of the Executive Branch descend to to maintain your grip on power. Just like a petty dictator.
