No Wonder I was freezing.
Someone turned my A/C unit all the way down. I keep it turned to about 80 degrees. Yes I like to be cool, but my main concern is the humidity. With COPD humidity is what really messes me up the most. I just turned it back to where it's supposed to be. Hopefully it doesn't take too long to get back to a comfortable temp.
