Obama Administration issuing Regs, hoping you don't know

"While Americans are focused on what delicious foods they’re going to eat for Thanksgiving, the White House is focused on releasing its massive regulatory agenda — marking the fifth time the Obama administration has released its regulatory road map on the eve of a major holiday.

The federal Unified Agenda is the Obama administration’s regulatory road map, and it lays out thousands of regulations being finalized in the coming months. Under President Barack Obama, there has been a tradition of releasing the agenda late on Friday — and right before a major holiday."

Once again, they are trying to slide stuff under the radar.  So while you are having thanksgiving with your family, there are releasing regulations which affect everyone's lives.  And they do it in such a way that you remain ignorant to them, until it is too late.

SO while I know you would prefer to relax and eat turkey, until you pop, take a bit of tie to check out the regulations as they are released.  Keep an eye out on the news.  And if what you find out doesn't seem right.  Speak Out.

Obama and the EPA - If they have nothing to hide

Remember that saying?  "If you have nothing to hide, you don't have to worry."

Well Evidently the Obama Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency do have something to hide.


House Republicans this week are expected to pass the Secret Science Reform Act, which would force the EPA to make public the scientific data it uses to write environmental rules. GOP members say the EPA too often releases rules based on data the EPA keeps secret.

“The Secret Science Reform Act ends costly EPA rulemaking from happening behind closed doors and out of public view,” Schweikert said when he introduced his bill earlier this year. “Public policy should come from public data, not based on the whims of far-left environmental groups.”

Rep. Lamar Smith (R-Texas) has said that most air regulations the EPA has issued under Obama have been based on data that was never released.

But on Monday, the White House released a statement on the bill saying that it faces a veto threat. “If the president were presented with [the legislation], his senior advisors would recommend that he veto the bill,” it said."


Hmmm, I wonder what it is they feel they need to hide it...

Obama Administration preparing to violate Immigration law

"Despite no official action from the president ahead of the election, the Obama administration has quietly begun preparing to issue millions of work authorization permits, suggesting the implementation of a large-scale executive amnesty may have already begun.

Unnoticed until now, a draft solicitation for bids issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Oct. 6 says potential vendors must be capable of handling a “surge” scenario of 9 million id cards in one year “to support possible future immigration reform initiative requirements.”

If this is the case, wouldn't this be considered as "Conspiracy"? 

There has been no Legally Binding Resolution, Law, or Authorization enacted.  And yet they are ordering these cards. 

You tell me, why would they be doing that if they weren't conspiring to violate the Law of the United States?

What a surprise.  Unlike previous Administrations, the Obama Administration is counting people caught at the border and deported.  Whereas the previous Administration only counted those caught and deported from the interior of the country.

It sounds like maybe the Obama Administration wants to seem like it's actually doing it's job.

That links over to The Gateway Pundit.  I KNOW Larry Connors, as in I have personally met him several times.  When I was working at the Housing Authority I actually had to ask him and his crew, to leave the premises once after an assault had occurred.  I was just following the orders of the HA Supervisor, but I still felt like a jerk asking him and his camera and sound guy to get off the property.  I also met him at Church a few times.  He was friends with a news anchor from another station who went to my church and a couple times he and his family attended services.

Larry Connors is an "Old School" reporter.  He believes it is his job to get the story, the whole story and report it.

I really like and respect him for that.

For the Obama Administration to sic the IRS on him for doing his job, is despicable.

The Obama Administration is making threats to reporters

"Former Obama campaign spokeswoman Lis Smith also opined: "Woodward deserves a lot of credit for taking a macro story about DC dysfunction, competing econ theories & making it all about him," she said.

In the column at the center of the storm, Woodward writes the White House has been deliberately disingenuous about its role in the sequester, and accused Obama of "moving the goal posts" by insisting Republicans agree to new tax revenue as part of any substitute for the sequester. "That was not the deal he made," he says."

Bob Woodward writes the truth and the Obama Administration is throwing a hissy fit about getting fact checked by a real reporter.

Dishonoring the Corps; Marines in inaugural parade had bolts removed from their rifles

That is such an insult to those Marines that it is sickening.

The Marine Corps motto is "Semper Fidelis" which is Latin for "Always Faithful".  And the Marines in Particular take their Oath very seriously.  Another Marine Corps motto is "Death Before Dishonor".  And the USMC means it.

For the Secret Service to require those Marines to remove the bolts from their rifles is a grave insult to the Honor of not just those Marines, but each and EVERY Marine.  Past an Present.

That is worse than spitting in someones eye, that is spitting in their eye, kicking them in the privates and stompin on them followed by urinating on them.

THAT is how bad this insult is.

And the Secret Service, KNOWS this.

So why did they do it?

That is what "I" want to know.

What we have here is a

Lawsuit against Obama DOE alleges cronyism and theft of intellectual property.

It contends that the onerous nature of the rescue - the taking of what became a 92 percent stake in the company, the deal's high interest rates and the funneling of billions to the insurer's Wall Street clients - deprived shareholders of tens of billions of dollars and violated the Fifth Amendment, which prohibits the taking of private property for "public use, without just compensation."

Combining this with the Bankruptcy of GM, it doesn't look good for the Obama Administration.

Obama supporters threatening riots - Martial Law Declared?

WASHINGTON D.C. - In advance of threatened riots by President Barrack Obama's supporters, the Obama Administration has declared Martial Law in advance of elections to "Head off civil unrest", Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney, Vice-Presidential Candidate Paul Ryan and dozens of Republican members of Congress taken into "Protective Custody".  President Obama then asked the Senate to suspend the Election until "Order" is restored.

Does that sound far-fetched?  Do you think that sounds ridiculous?  Look at what the Obama Administration have already done in their pursuit for the re-election of President Obama.  The campaign funding irregularities, Libya, Sudan, Yemen, Afghanistan, President Obama's poor performance at the debate with the media's attendant spin.  The continuing threats by Obama supporters against Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan and others.  Do you really think they WOULDN'T do anything to remain in power?
