Language Warning!!!!!!!
I worked as a Security Officer in the Housing Projects in St. Louis, MO. And I will tell you this gentleman states the truth. I wouldn't have been necessary to patrol the projects if the residents had followed his words. And Dr. Manning comments at the end also resonate strongly with me.
It's time for change.

That was....unexpected.
At least there are some in the black community who feel insulted by the Left's assumption that they'll never achieve anything without the assistance of well-intentioned white socialis....excuse me, Liberals.
