after helping my neighbor Jim with the fire he had. Ohhhh am I stiff and sore and walking without my cane is a no go proposition. I think I"ll call the Dr's office and ask them for a referral to the the physical therapist and the massage therapist they have on site. With the Dr referral it would only cost me $20.00 for a good therapeutic massage instead of $90.00, thanks to insurance. But I can't do that for a day or so, so I'll have to deal with hobbling for awhile.
