What is going on at Los Alamos?

"On January 24, 2003, Richard James Burick was found lying part way under his truck, dead from a bullet to the head. A .44 caliber revolver lay a few feet away, which according to some experts, was further than it should have been if Burick himself had pulled the trigger. That afternoon, before an autopsy or full forensic investigation was even started, the Los Alamos Police Department declared Burick’s death a suicide.

In a new book, Los Alamos: A Whistleblower’s Diary: Secret Colony, Hidden Truths, Chuck Montaño, a former auditor at Los Alamos National Lab (LANL), raises a number of questions about Burick’s death. Drawing on 30 years of experience as an employee at the Lab, interviews with friends and colleagues, and the Lab’s record of waste, fraud, and abuse, Montaño makes the case that Los Alamos was more troubled than most dared to think. Why, asks Montaño, was there never a full investigation into Burick’s alleged suicide?"


Something not quite right is going on at Los Alamos.  In fact there is something not quite right at many of research facility's.  However, not much actually reaches the public.

This Alderman gets it

We are often unable to share most of the interviews we do because of time constrictions. That was the case Monday night when News 4 interviewed Ward 22 Alderman Jeffrey Boyd after his nephew, 23 year old Rashad Farmer, was killed by gunfire. The sound bites we used that night from Boyd were compelling. But, after one of our producers, Steve Perron, encouraged me to watch the whole interview, I felt compelled to edit more of what he had to say and post it here on Facebook. It's raw, it's emotional, and it's how so many victims friends and family must feel after the senseless murders we report on too often are committed. I often say I can't imagine how I'd feel if that were my loved one gunned down for no apparent reason. Jeffrey Boyd gives me and may give you a hint of what it would really feel like.

"Nephew of alderman is fatally shot, another man wounded in St. Louis"

"ST. LOUIS • The nephew of a St. Louis alderman was fatally shot Monday evening and another man was wounded in a shooting in the 5800 block of Lotus Avenue in St. Louis, St. Louis police said.

The slain man was Rashad Farmer, 23, of Bellefontaine Neighbors, his uncle Jeffrey Boyd said.

Boyd is the alderman for the 22nd Ward, on the western border in north city.

The shooting was in his ward in the Wells Goodfellow neighborhood.

The incident happened about 7:35 p.m.

Boyd said Farmer, the son of his wife’s sister, and the other man were sitting in Farmer’s car listening to music when they were ambushed by a gunman."




Listen to what he has to say. Yes it does hit home for him. But as he said, who marches for those who aren't killed by the police? Is the only outrage when it's the police doing the shooting?

It's time for the ENTIRE Community to wake up.

Our children our killing themselves. Over WHAT? Street Cred? Drugs? Money?

Is it truly worth the pain and suffering it inflicts on the rest of us as well as the victims?

Police Misconduct - MURDER

"Treavor says he had confidently assumed that an autopsy would be performed; it was also required by Florida law. However, with no logical explanation being offered, the police hurriedly shipped his body off to a funeral home and asked for it to be cremated, CBS reported. This was not only against police protocol but also against the law, and was done behind the backs of the surviving family members. By sheer luck and coincidence, the funeral home did not get to the cremation in a timely fashion — the body was there for 7 days.

After the evidence was nearly destroyed, an autopsy was performed, yielding some remarkable results. Mr. Eimers was found to have ten (10) broken ribs, as well as wounds around both ribs, the Miami Herald reported. While no official explanations were offered on the cause of death, Monroe County Medical Examiner Dr. E. Scheuerman ruled out heart attack as a cause."

From the descriptions of the eye witnesses, it sounds like the Key West Florida Police Department killed a man and are/were trying to cover up the facts.

All the more reason that the Police need to be held to a HIGHER standard.  And they need to lose their "Qualified Immunity"

"BOSTON (CBS) – A young woman was kidnapped from South Boston in broad daylight Tuesday morning and forced to take out money from five different ATMs before she was taken to Stony Brook Reservation in Hyde Park and stabbed to death, the District Attorney said on Wednesday."

Amanda Knox Prosecutors need to learn

that just because they "Believe" someone is guilty, doesn't make it so.  And unless the evidence supports them they cannot just demand someone be put in jail.

"Knox has been free at home in Seattle since 2011 when an Italian appeals court threw out her murder conviction.
Despite the ruling, prosecutors and Kercher's family want to see Knox and Sollecito back in prison.
"We feel that Amanda and Raffaele are guilty and were in the room with Rudy Guede," Francesco Maresca, lawyer for the Kercher family, said as he entered the Corte di Cassazione, Italy's supreme court, in Rome today."

Seriously read that.  She is appealing her conviction for telling the truth about her treatment at the hands of the Police.  And the Police and the Prosecutors don't like the fact that their methods and lack of ethics are being brough to light, so they are now trying to misdirect the court of public opinion from the government actors performance of their duties, to the so called guilt of Ms. Knox.

So you read that story, and first understand a few things.

First Italy doesn't have a "Bill of Rights", their constitution doesn't guarantee people the same rights as ours does. They don't have a "Miranda" warning such as our police do.  They don't have to allow you many things that our laws specifically say you should have.  Such as you don't have the RIGHT to have an attorney present during questioning.  Also in Italy they had, I don't know if they still do, but they DID have secret courts, however those were supposed to only be used for cases involving terrorism and organized crime.  So Italy has in place the mechanics of basically grabbing you, holding you incognito, trying you in a secret court, and punishing you by putting you in a prison, without anyone knowing anything.

Re-read that portion.  I said the USED to have those mechanisms in place.  I don't know if they still do.  However with terrorism still around and the fact those were put into place SPECIFICALLY for fighting terrorism, that they found useful in their battle against organized crime, you can probably take it as a given that they still have some form of that judicial system in place.

And Amanda Knox, who claims that she was struck at least twice by a police officer and was not allowed access to an attorney during her questioning, was charged with and convicted of "Slander".

So you have to ask yourself, just what is the Italian Police and Prosecutor's trying to do?  Do they have enough evidence to convict Ms. Knox that hasn't been tampered with or contaminated?  Or do they just want to punish someone who upset their apple cart?

The Only Ones

Sometimes people do horrifying things. Take, for instance, Richmond Phillips, a D.C. police officer, who allegedly shot his baby mama and then left their infant daughter to die in a hot car. Yes, you read that right. A police officer is being charged with the murders of his mistress and his daughter.


Phillips was arrested in June 2011 after 20-year-old Wynetta Wright was found dead in the park where the two met. Their daughter Jaylin was found dead in her car seat with the doors closed and the windows rolled up. She was days shy of her first birthday.


For those who would hold ANY Police Officer as the most purest persons who only THEY should be allowed to possess a firearm, look at that story above.

I used to be an Auxiliary Police Officer, basically an unpaid volunteer, and a Licensed Security Officer with the power of arrest.  I got out of the Law Enforcement field because I was tired of working with people I couldn't trust.

Yes that's right, I couldn't TRUST fellow officers with my life.

I reported many abuses of people Rights by fully P.O.S.T. Certified Police Officers to my superiors.  The result was I got pulled and put in the Jail, processing prisoners.  After 3 months of getting called in for all the crap shifts, 2 hours here, 17 hours there, and I was doing this without pay as a volunteer, and still trying to work my real job at the security company.  When I got called in to my real jobs office and "Counseled" about making claims against officers in "error", and my schedule was cut from 50+ hours to barely 20 a week.  I finally said the HELL with it and got out.

Cops, for the most part are good and honest.  However there is a growing percentage of officers, who are not in Law Enforcement to help people and to "Serve and Protect", but for the rush of power over another.  The thrill of a pursuit followed by the arrest, gives them a high feeling.  And they CRAVE that more than any junkie craves a fix.

And it is this growing population of thrill seekers which are more concerned with their "fix" than the Rights of the people they are supposed to "Serve"

And the Leftists and the apologists want to give these people more authority, and to take away more of our Rights, because the Police are the "only ones" (Stealing from Dave Codrea) who can be trusted with dangerous guns.

Be careful who you put your trust into.  As they have the same foibles as everyone else.  The putting on of a little metal badge doesn't grant that person the morals and intentions of the purest driven snow.

Voters and Politicians should remember that.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made Libya Security decision

Reading that it has become apparent to me that The Obama Administration from Obama on down has replaced Neville Chamberlain as the  Appeaser in Chief.

I just pray that it does not lead to events similar as to what Lord Chamberlain's appeasement brought about.
