I saw this on my local evening news.  So Obama's EPA is destroying the several thousands of jobs, with their accompanying revenue plus the tax revenue, AND forcing the loss by the companies involved their funds already spent, plus the state and local governments are losing tax revenues as well.  It's a WIN-WIN for Obama!!

Some 11th hour pardons

will be arriving no later than January 19th 2013.  Obama knows that his administration has broken the law and violated the Constitution.  He also knows that Republicans aren't going to let him and his minions get away with it.  Since his Justice Department went after members of the Bush Administration for so called "War Crimes" and "Torture" with abandon and for free press, he and his minions KNOW they run the very real risk of being prosecuted for their contravention of the law and the Constitution.

So watch for a series of Presidential Pardons to be issued in January.  Even though Obama and Holder and all those other minions claim they never violated any laws.  They KNOW they did.  That was their whole agenda.  The question though is, can Obama give pre-emptive pardons?  Is he legally allowed to do so?  And if he does isn't that an admission of guilt on all of their parts?

Why doesn't the Obama Administration want to fulfill it's obligations as to the turning over of necessary documents?  First Fast and Furious, then the Sequestration no the Delphi documents.

What is it that they cannot follow a simple timetable?  Is there something they don't want Congree and the public ie: Their Employers, to know?

"President Barack Obama’s White House failed to meet the deadline to provide documents related to the Delphi pension scandal to the House Ways and Means Committee, The Daily Caller has learned.

On Aug, 15, Ways and Means Committee chairman Rep. Dave Camp sent official document requests to Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation director Josh Gotbaum and White House Counsel Kathryn Ruemmler. Camp asked for documents relating to Treasury and the White House’s involvement in the decision during the 2009 bailout to terminate the pension plans for 20,000 non-union Delphi salaried workers while topping off the pension plans for union workers."

If I failed consistently to do

my job, constantly failed to do what was required of me.  I would be fired for non performance.  That is true in the corporate world, true in private industry, true in the military.  If you can't do your job, you are replaced with someone who WILL do the job.  So why is it that the Administrative Branch of the Government thinks it can keep failing, and not get replaced?

"The White House on Friday said it will miss the legal deadline for delivering a report to Congress on the spending cuts from sequestration that are scheduled to take effect in 2013.

Spokesman Jay Carney told reporters on Air Force One that the report will be coming next week.

Under the terms of the Sequestration Transparency Act signed in August, President Obama was to tell Congress by Friday how the administration plans to implement the $109 billion in automatic cuts mandated by the Budget Control Act.

The Office of Management and Budget has repeatedly failed to make legal deadlines. It delivered its presidential budget proposals and mid-session updates late both this year and last year. 
Republicans have tried to tie the tardiness to the failure of the Senate to pass a budget resolution for the last three years."

Is the Administrative Branch under the impression that the Laws that everyone else in this country have to abide by, don't apply to them?

Just one more proof that the current administration is a complete and utter failure.
