"BREAKING: Comey Mandates All FBI Agents Report to D.C. Offices; Prep for Raids, Possible Arrests in Clinton Probes

FBI Director James Comey issued a mandate late Thursday instructing all available special agents from the Washington D.C. field office and Hoover Building headquarters to report to work immediately, federal law enforcement sources told True Pundit.

“We’re preparing for many arrests from the top down,” the FBI source said. “I cannot elaborate beyond that.”

When pressed to better define what “from the top down” meant in terms of possible suspects, the source refused to elaborate.

“You’re a smart guy; read between the lines,” the source said.

Based on case protocol, the FBI is either preparing to conduct sweeping search warrants in the Clinton Foundation investigation or ready to start arresting suspects. Or both. If a grand jury has been convened by the Justice Department since Comey’s decision to re-open the Hillary Clinton case last week, then the FBI could make arrests if indictments were handed down by Thursday (yesterday). If not, it is more likely FBI agents are being amassed for multiple simultaneous raids on suspects’ homes and businesses to secure warrant-backed evidence."

Me? I'll believe it when I see it, and when I see indictments being handed down.

"WASHINGTON (AP) — The FBI is operating a small air force with scores of low-flying planes across the country carrying video and, at times, cellphone surveillance technology — all hidden behind fictitious companies that are fronts for the government, The Associated Press has learned.

The planes' surveillance equipment is generally used without a judge's approval, and the FBI said the flights are used for specific, ongoing investigations. In a recent 30-day period, the agency flew above more than 30 cities in 11 states across the country, an AP review found.

Aerial surveillance represents a changing frontier for law enforcement, providing what the government maintains is an important tool in criminal, terrorism or intelligence probes. But the program raises questions about whether there should be updated policies protecting civil liberties as new technologies pose intrusive opportunities for government spying.

U.S. law enforcement officials confirmed for the first time the wide-scale use of the aircraft, which the AP traced to at least 13 fake companies, such as FVX Research, KQM Aviation, NBR Aviation and PXW Services. Even basic aspects of the program are withheld from the public in censored versions of official reports from the Justice Department's"

Did you notice the "KICKER" in that. Let me reiterate it.

In other words, they didn't bother to go to a Judge to get a warrant. They just decided to fly over a city and video record people and in what they SAY is "Some" flights, they also collect "Cellphone" traffic. IOW they are taking your picture and listening to your cellphone while you are out in public. And DESPITE your Constitutionally Protected Right that they MUST have a Warrant to do so, they haven't bothered to fill out the paperwork and are listening to you and everyone else, anyway.

Did you notice I didn't say "listening to your cell phone CONVERSATIONS", I said CELLPHONE. In this day and age of smartphones, if they put something like, ohhhh a Stingray, in one of those planes, they can actually use those planes to push thru fake updates to your smartphone, which could allow them access to every piece of data on your phone, and turn it into the hidden camera and microphone that you take with you everywhere.

And they haven't even bothered to go in front of a Judge, lay out the reasons and their Probable Cause, that they need a warrant.  They just decided to take a large bowel movement on our "RIGHTS" and fly the plane.

And did you also notice the other little tidbit in that story?

"The FBI's aviation program is not secret," spokesman Christopher Allen said in a statement. "Specific aircraft and their capabilities are protected for operational security purposes." Allen added that the FBI's planes "are not equipped, designed or used for bulk collection activities or mass surveillance."

But the planes can capture video of unrelated criminal activity on the ground that could be handed over for prosecutions.

Some of the aircraft can also be equipped with technology that can identify thousands of people below through the cellphones they carry, even if they're not making a call or in public. Officials said that practice, which mimics cell towers and gets phones to reveal basic subscriber information, is rare."

They set up "Fake" companies to run the aircraft, and if while they are illegally taking video of you, and capturing data from your cellphone, if you DO commit a crime, they will turn that illegally collected information over, so you can be prosecuted.

WOOOOOW!!!!! they get to have their cake and eat not just it, but your cake and your neighbors cake and their neighbors cake and everyone else's cake, too.

M855 Ban - BATFEIEIO B. Todd Jones Ain't Done Yet

Read that. And DON'T quit contacting your Representatives.

They are after ALL of our rifle rounds. Never mind that rifles account for so little of the violent crime compared to hands/fists/blunt objects.

The vast majority of homicides were committed with HANDGUNS.  And almost all soft body armor will resist almost any handgun round in common use.

And why would a criminal want to carry a "Handgun" that weighs over 5 lbs, is almost impossible to conceal, and attempts to conceal are more apt to draw attention to the fact that they have something to hide.

No, this whole attempt to ban M855 is an attempt to make ammunition less available, make it harder for people to shoot.  If they can't shoot, why would they want to purchase a rifle to shoot it?

Back door Gun Control.  That is ALL this attempt was.

Granted there is no guarantee this visitor is from a government agency, but when you think Quantico who is the first you think of?  FBI or USMC in my case.  And I don't think the USMC would be interested my Turn to the Dark Side.  Nor would they spend almost 14 minutes looking at my blog.  Anyone from the USMC would more than likely click on my Gun Pron posts on the sidebar.  So Mr or Ms Federal Agent if you are reading my little blog I'd appreciate it if you would leave a comment.  I'm not being snarky or anything or trying one of those armchair lawyer bits.  I'm seriously interested in your opinion of what I write.  I know a couple of the last Federal agents I talked to (U.S. Marshal's Service if you must ask) said they agreed with a lot of the things I write, from their own perspective, however they thought I gave more credence to what they called "Rumors and Innuendos".

Bombing suspect shot before "Signing Confession"

"The man shot dead by an FBI agent in Orlando, Florida early today was "about to sign a statement" admitting to a role, along with Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev, in an unsolved triple murder in Massachusetts in 2011, two people with direct knowledge of the case told ABC News"

Ok I really have no confidence in this report or the actions of the agents involved.  Somehow they allowed a suspect into a secure room with a weapon on him? I used to work in Law Enforcement, you ALWAYS searched EVERYONE in an interview/interrogation room.  There should be NO weapons of ANY type in that room.  All weapons are outside of that room.  So no suspect could take one from the interviewer/interrogator, and the suspect/subject SHOULD have been searched before even being placed in that room.

I read this story and the alarm bells in the back of my head start going off so loud I can't hear the news on the TV.

Everything about the shoot is suspect to me.

Where did the knife come from?

Wasn't he properly searched beforehand?

WHY WAS THERE AN AGENT WITH A FIREARM IN THE ROOM?!  NO WEAPONS ALLOWED!!!!!!!

This stinks to me.  I'm quite sure others with LE experience may chime in with their experiences as well.  But this shoot just stinks to high heaven to me.

UPDATE:  This happened at the suspects apartment, not in an interrogation room.  It still sounds fishy to me with reporters claiming that the FBI stated that the suspect was getting ready to sign a confession.  Something fishy, very fishy here.

This is disturbing

"A legal fight over the government’s use of a secret surveillance tool has provided new insight into how the controversial tool works and the extent to which Verizon Wireless aided federal agents in using it to track a suspect.

Court documents in a case involving accused identity thief Daniel David Rigmaiden describe how the wireless provider reached out remotely to reprogram an air card the suspect was using in order to make it communicate with the government’s surveillance tool so that he could be located."

The .GOV is saying they didn't need a warrant to have Verizon surreptitiously reprogram the Defendants wireless aircard to ONLY connect to the FBI's wireless network.  And while the Defendants aircard was connected, the FBI forced any other aircard user to connect to their system.  Did they have a warrant for those innocent peoples information?

This is very disturbing.  Without a warrant the FBI forced a cell provider to reprogram someone's aircard, then the FBI forced him and other not under investigation to connect to their own network.

Like I said, VERY VERY Disturbing.

Drone Warfare and the Central Intelligence Agency

"The Washington Post published an article today that goes to show how numb we American citizens have become to our .gov breaking the rules. Major violations of the Constitution are just an interesting paragraph in an article about the CIA and drones. Just the title of the article should catch everyone's eye and make us take note. CIA drone strikes will get pass in counterterrorism ‘playbook,’ officials say. The title pretty much covers the story. The Administration has developed a 'playbook' that is supposed to govern when and how we use drones to assassinate people, and the CIA doesn't have to play by the book."

In the future will the .GOV be allowed to use a drone strike or an FBI Tactical Team to take out someone considered an "Extremist" and anybody around them is just "Oooopps, My bad."  With no accountability?
