"BREAKING: Comey Mandates All FBI Agents Report to D.C. Offices; Prep for Raids, Possible Arrests in Clinton Probes
FBI Director James Comey issued a mandate late Thursday instructing all available special agents from the Washington D.C. field office and Hoover Building headquarters to report to work immediately, federal law enforcement sources told True Pundit.
“We’re preparing for many arrests from the top down,” the FBI source said. “I cannot elaborate beyond that.”
When pressed to better define what “from the top down” meant in terms of possible suspects, the source refused to elaborate.
“You’re a smart guy; read between the lines,” the source said.
Based on case protocol, the FBI is either preparing to conduct sweeping search warrants in the Clinton Foundation investigation or ready to start arresting suspects. Or both. If a grand jury has been convened by the Justice Department since Comey’s decision to re-open the Hillary Clinton case last week, then the FBI could make arrests if indictments were handed down by Thursday (yesterday). If not, it is more likely FBI agents are being amassed for multiple simultaneous raids on suspects’ homes and businesses to secure warrant-backed evidence."
Me? I'll believe it when I see it, and when I see indictments being handed down.

Orlando shooter "Made Up" terrorist ties
"ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- Co-workers who "ganged up" to tease him about being Muslim prompted the gunman who opened fire at a Florida gay nightclub to pretend he had terrorist ties to get them off his back, according to a letter he wrote his bosses.
In documents released Monday, Omar Mateen said taunting at his job as a security guard in the St. Lucie courthouse led him to say he had connections to terrorists and a mass shooter, but he later told his bosses he made that up, and the FBI determined he was not a threat."
Is anyone else thinking that this is a whitewash job by the FBI and the MSM?
Especially when the shooter CALLED the news and STATED he was doing this for ISIS. He even posted it on his Facebook page.
But according to the FBI and the MSM, he was just making stuff up.

Fast and Furious Gun found in El Chapo's hideout
"When agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives checked serial numbers of the eight weapons found in his possession, they found one of the two .50-caliber weapons traced back to the ATF program, sources said.
Federal officials told Fox News they are not sure how many of the weapons seized from Guzman’s house actually originated in the U.S. and where they were purchased, but are investigating.
Out of the roughly 2,000 weapons sold through Fast and Furious, 34 were .50-caliber rifles that can take down a helicopter, according to officials."
Personally, any ATF, FBI or DOJ employees who were in any way, shape or form involved in the Operation Gunrunner/Fast and Furious, needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
And Yes, that includes Eric Holder.

"WASHINGTON (AP) — The FBI is operating a small air force with scores of low-flying planes across the country carrying video and, at times, cellphone surveillance technology — all hidden behind fictitious companies that are fronts for the government, The Associated Press has learned.
The planes' surveillance equipment is generally used without a judge's approval, and the FBI said the flights are used for specific, ongoing investigations. In a recent 30-day period, the agency flew above more than 30 cities in 11 states across the country, an AP review found.
Aerial surveillance represents a changing frontier for law enforcement, providing what the government maintains is an important tool in criminal, terrorism or intelligence probes. But the program raises questions about whether there should be updated policies protecting civil liberties as new technologies pose intrusive opportunities for government spying.
U.S. law enforcement officials confirmed for the first time the wide-scale use of the aircraft, which the AP traced to at least 13 fake companies, such as FVX Research, KQM Aviation, NBR Aviation and PXW Services. Even basic aspects of the program are withheld from the public in censored versions of official reports from the Justice Department's"

In other words, they didn't bother to go to a Judge to get a warrant. They just decided to fly over a city and video record people and in what they SAY is "Some" flights, they also collect "Cellphone" traffic. IOW they are taking your picture and listening to your cellphone while you are out in public. And DESPITE your Constitutionally Protected Right that they MUST have a Warrant to do so, they haven't bothered to fill out the paperwork and are listening to you and everyone else, anyway.
Did you notice I didn't say "listening to your cell phone CONVERSATIONS", I said CELLPHONE. In this day and age of smartphones, if they put something like, ohhhh a Stingray, in one of those planes, they can actually use those planes to push thru fake updates to your smartphone, which could allow them access to every piece of data on your phone, and turn it into the hidden camera and microphone that you take with you everywhere.
And they haven't even bothered to go in front of a Judge, lay out the reasons and their Probable Cause, that they need a warrant. They just decided to take a large bowel movement on our "RIGHTS" and fly the plane.
And did you also notice the other little tidbit in that story?

M855 Ban - BATFEIEIO B. Todd Jones Ain't Done Yet
"Virtually all rifle rounds (except .22LR and .22 WMR) will penetrate soft body armor because kevlar is specified to 9 mm rounds (as regards mass and velocity).
Jones knows that. The ATF at large knows that. What Jones is telling the Congress is that he wants their help in banning rifle ammunition. Rifle ammunition. All of it. They will start with 5.56 mm ammunition, green tip, lead ball, pointed soft point – all of it. Then they will make it clear that all other rifle ammunition is as lethal as 5.56 mm ammunition, so they need a ban on that too.
Here’s a warning flag to all the Elmer Fudds out there who only care about your bolt action hunting rifles, and think this stuff about AR-15s is all just a bunch of made up theater to bother pampered folk like you. They want your rifles and ammunition too. You do understand that, don’t you?"

They are after ALL of our rifle rounds. Never mind that rifles account for so little of the violent crime compared to hands/fists/blunt objects.

The vast majority of homicides were committed with HANDGUNS. And almost all soft body armor will resist almost any handgun round in common use.
And why would a criminal want to carry a "Handgun" that weighs over 5 lbs, is almost impossible to conceal, and attempts to conceal are more apt to draw attention to the fact that they have something to hide.
No, this whole attempt to ban M855 is an attempt to make ammunition less available, make it harder for people to shoot. If they can't shoot, why would they want to purchase a rifle to shoot it?
Back door Gun Control. That is ALL this attempt was.

As my colleague Murtaza Hussain ably documents, “it appears that none of the three men was in any condition to travel or support the Islamic State, without help from the FBI informant.” One of the frightening terrorist villains told the FBI informant that, beyond having no money, he had encountered a significant problem in following through on the FBI’s plot: his mom had taken away his passport. Noting the bizarre and unhinged ranting of one of the suspects, Hussain noted on Twitter that this case “sounds like another victory for the FBI over the mentally ill.”

SPLC Apologizes to Dr. Ben Carson, for putting him on it's "Extremist List"
"The Southern Poverty Law Center has announced they have removed Dr. Ben Carson from their “extremist” file.
In an unsigned statement released on Wednesday, SPLC said, “In October 2014, we posted an ‘Extremist File’ of Dr. Ben Carson. This week, as we’ve come under intense criticism for doing so, we’ve reviewed our profile and have concluded that it did not meet our standards, so we have taken it down and apologize to Dr. Carson for having posted it.”
The Southern Poverty Law Center is a PAID, yes PAID, through special interest groups, arm of the Democrat Party.
Dr. Carson expressed interest in running for the Presidency, within weeks, he is suddenly labeled as an "Extremist" by the SPLC.
The SPLC would label ME as an "Extremist" because I believe in the Rule of Law and the Constitution.
Watch for SPLC "Declarations" coming out about almost ANY Conservative who even mentions they might want to run for Political Office.
The FBI,USED to use information from the SPLC to target people and groups for investigations. Investigations that had NO Basis in actual evidence, other than the SPLC's desire to maintain their funding levels and to harm those who are diametrically opposed to the direction the SPLC wishes our Nation to go.
I could write DOZENS of posts about how the SPLC has used their strong arm influence against people who could not or cannot fight back against their deep pockets. All it would serve is to make the SPLC try to come after me. I don't have the deep pockets or the desire to have my life put under another microscope.

Warrants? We don't need no steenking warrants
"The Federal Bureau of Investigation is taking the position that court warrants are not required when deploying cell-site simulators in public places. Nicknamed "stingrays," the devices are decoy cell towers that capture locations and identities of mobile phone users and can intercept calls and texts.
The FBI made its position known during private briefings with staff members of Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). In response, the two lawmakers wrote Attorney General Eric Holder and Homeland Security chief Jeh Johnson, maintaining they were "concerned about whether the FBI and other law enforcement agencies have adequately considered the privacy interests" of Americans."
Then I shouldn't need an ID to purchase a firearm, I shouldn't have to fill out a Form 4473 nor have to undergo a NIC Check. I should be able to purchase Title II firearms without any tax payment, permit or any input or approval from any law enforcement agency.
If you guys want to go on a fishing expedition and take liberties with my Constitutionally Guaranteed Rights, then I should be able to enjoy my Second Amendment Rights without your interference.

Then I shouldn't need an ID to purchase a firearm, I shouldn't have to fill out a Form 4473 nor have to undergo a NIC Check. I should be able to purchase Title II firearms without any tax payment, permit or any input or approval from any law enforcement agency.
If you guys want to go on a fishing expedition and take liberties with my Constitutionally Guaranteed Rights, then I should be able to enjoy my Second Amendment Rights without your interference.

Even Paranoids have enemies
"Someone might be watching you through your laptop's webcam – without even activating the warning light. Reports say the FBI has had this capability for several years, and researchers at John's Hopkins were able to demonstrate how to covertly spy via webcams in MacBooks."
I've been accused of being paranoid. Those people who called me that pointedly ignore every news story I send them about Edward Snowden's revelations.

Cookies from FBI on my computer?
I'm doing my blogroll and browsing bookface and as usual after I log out of bookface I go in to delete the cookie they put on my computer as there are reports it can still track where you go after logging out.
And what do I see in my cookies?
A cookie from the FBI. I didn't go to any site that is government affiliated. So why do I have a cookie from the FBI on my computer?
ETA: I ran a trace on my system to see how I get to bookface and here are the results.

HI !!! Mister or Ms. FBI...
Granted there is no guarantee this visitor is from a government agency, but when you think Quantico who is the first you think of? FBI or USMC in my case. And I don't think the USMC would be interested my Turn to the Dark Side. Nor would they spend almost 14 minutes looking at my blog. Anyone from the USMC would more than likely click on my Gun Pron posts on the sidebar. So Mr or Ms Federal Agent if you are reading my little blog I'd appreciate it if you would leave a comment. I'm not being snarky or anything or trying one of those armchair lawyer bits. I'm seriously interested in your opinion of what I write. I know a couple of the last Federal agents I talked to (U.S. Marshal's Service if you must ask) said they agreed with a lot of the things I write, from their own perspective, however they thought I gave more credence to what they called "Rumors and Innuendos".
So if you would like to leave a comment help yourself. I don't recommend doing it from your work computers obviously, or your Bureau or Agency issued smart phones, but I honestly would like to hear your opinion of what I write about.
